USER’s Consent Form
By agree with this Form specifically or by entering OTP code for using the MAXIM services, User gives his or her consent to Taxsee (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to collect, use, or disclose their personal data (“process personal data”) for the purpose of providing the following services:
1. Location Data Collection
I consent to the company accessing and using my location data, both while using the application and when running in the background, for the purposes of marketing, providing promotions, discounts, and special offers relevant to my location, as well as for analyzing and improving the company’s services to better suit users in different regions.
2. Transmission of Encrypted Personal Data to External Providers
I consent to the company collecting, using, and transmitting personal data such as email address, phone number, first name, last name, gender, date of birth, city, province, postal code, country, and hashed external ID (irreversible format) to the systems of external service providers. This is for the purpose of improving advertising effectiveness and conducting server-side marketing analytics. The data will be matched with the external provider’s database and deleted within 48 hours if not used.
3. Direct Marketing and Electronic Communications, Including SMS
I hereby expressly consent to the Company:
Sending news, promotions, special offers, benefits, service notifications, reactivation messages, and marketing communications;
Contacting or communicating with me through SMS, phone calls, email, push notifications, LINE, or any other electronic communication channels;
For the purposes of marketing, customer engagement, reactivation of inactive users, service-related notifications, and activities intended to promote or enhance the use of MAXIM’s services.
I understand and acknowledge that the Company may engage external service providers, both domestic and international, to process personal data and deliver such communications on behalf of the Company.
4. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
I consent to the Company transferring, transmitting, or disclosing my personal data to its affiliates or external service providers located outside Thailand, including but not limited to SMS gateway operators and data processors involved in service delivery. The Company will implement appropriate personal data protection safeguards in accordance with applicable laws.
Right to Withdraw Consent
The user has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by submitting a request through any of the following channels:
By visiting the Maxim Office in person in the user’s province
By submitting a request through the “Support” button in the application
Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing that was carried out prior to the withdrawal. The Company may still need to continue processing certain types of data as required by law or under an active contract that remains in force.
By agree with this Form specifically or by entering OTP code for using MAXIM services, User confirms that he or she has read and understood the purposes of collecting, using, and disclosing (“processing”) personal data before making the decision.
The User further confirms that consent is given voluntarily, without coercion, intimidation, or undue influence, and understands that consent may be withdrawn at any time except where restricted by law or where an existing contractual relationship with the Company remains in effect and continues to benefit the User.
