Rules of the Maxim service bonus program
Customer bonus program
1. The Rules apply to all users of the Maxim service, constitute the Maxim service’s official offer, and contain all the terms and conditions of the bonus program.
2. Terms used in the Rules.
2.1. “Participant” means a user of the services of the Maxim service.
2.2. “New Participant” means a user who has used the services of the Maxim service for the first time, has not previously activated promo codes of the Maxim service and has not made any orders via the app (from the phone number linked to the app) or by phone.
2.3. “User” means an individual ordering the services of the Maxim in compliance with the conditions defined in the Public offer (Terms of service) of the Maxim posted on https://legal.taximaxim.com/public-offer/?country=KH.
2.4. “Promo Code” means a sequence of letters and numbers generated in the app and intended for individual use by participants of the bonus program or for exchange between bonus program participants. A promo code identifies its sender and receiver, provides bonuses, and enables participation in promotions of the Maxim service. It can be used only in the country for which it is generated. To activate a promo code, enter it in the corresponding field in the Maxim app.
2.5. “Bonus riel” means a conventional unit calculated in Cambodian riel (1 bonus riel equals 1 Cambodian riel), which can be used as a discount of up to 50%, unless otherwise stated in promotional materials and/or these Rules, to pay for rides at the available rates. Bonus liras cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for a limited period specified by these Rules.
2.6. “Gift riel” means a conventional unit calculated in Cambodian riel (1 gift riel equals 1 Cambodian riel), which can be used to pay for orders at available rates up to 100% of the cost of an order, provided that its cost does not exceed the nominal value (amount) of gift riel.
2.7. “Personal Account” means an online account of the user of the Maxim app generated by the Maxim service, in which advance payments and amounts of money withheld (debited) from these payments are recorded as payment for orders at available rates.
2.8. “Discount” means a discount provided to the user of the services of the Maxim service in the amount specified when the information about the user’s potential demand for orders at available rates via the Maxim app is posted.
2.9. “Promotions” means various advertising and marketing events announced by the Maxim service. As part of participation in promotions, users may receive promo codes, discounts and other privileges as provided by these Rules.
3. Types of bonuses.
3.1. “New user bonus”. A new participant enters a promo code from promotional materials of the Maxim service in the Maxim app. After successful activation of the promo code, the amount of bonus riel specified in the promotional material is credited to the new participant's account, and can be used to pay for rides within 30 days from the moment of crediting.
3.2. “First user bonus”. A new participant and/or a participant who has not made any orders using his/her phone number and has not activated t Maxim service promo codes within the period specified in the promotional materials, enters a promo code taken from the Maxim service promotional materials in the Maxim app. After successfully activating the promo code, the new participant or participant who falls within the criteria set forth in this paragraph receives the amount of bonus riel specified in the promotional material, which can be used to pay for orders at available rates within 30 days from the moment of crediting.
3.3. “A bonus for your friends”. A Participant generates their personal promo code in the Maxim app and sends it to a New Participant in any way convenient to them. After the New participant activates the promo code in the app on their device, they will get 10 000 bonus riels. The Participant gets 1 000 bonus riels every time a New Participant successfully activates their personal promo code under the condition that the New Participants have made at least 1 paid order in the Maxim app on the available rates within 90 days after crediting. Bonus liras are credited to the users’ personal account and can be used to pay for orders on the available rates within 30 days after crediting.
3.4. “Campaign promo code”. A user of the Maxim app receives a promo code for participating in a promotional campaign of the Maxim service. After activating the promo code, the user becomes a participant of the promotional campaign. Bonus and gift riels are not credited for the activation. The user of the Maxim app is additionally informed about the period and procedure of the promo code activation, as well as about the terms and conditions, procedure and period of the promotional campaign.
3.5. “Prize promo code”. A user of the Maxim app receives a promo code as a prize for participating in the promotional offer of the Maxim service. After activating the promo code, gift or bonus riels, the type of which is specified in the terms and conditions of the promotional offer, are credited to the personal account of the user and can be used to pay for orders at available rates. The amount of bonus riels and the period of their use are determined by the terms and conditions of the promotional offer.
3.6. “Gift promo code”. A user of the Maxim app generates a promo code using the Create a gift promo code button (this feature is available in the app) and specifies its nominal value in gift riels him-/herself. The amount of money in Turkish liras equal to the amount of gift liras is debited from the personal account or the linked bank card of the user. The user transfers his/her promo code to the receiver, who can activate the promo code, by any possible means. After activating, gift riels in the amount of the nominal value of the gift promo code are credited to the receiver’s personal account.
4. The promotion budget is determined by the Maxim service and is expected to be in amount up to 160,000,000 KHR.
5. The Promotion period shall commence on 01 February 2025 and be valid for 03 (three) months till 30 April 2025
6. Additional terms and conditions for using promo codes, bonus and gift liras may be specified in promotional materials of the Maxim service.
7. The Maxim service provides information on the rules, periods, and terms and conditions of the bonus program in the Maxim app and at taximaxim.com/app.
Driver Partner bonus program (For Tuk-Tuk and Remorque Khmer only)
1. The Rules apply to any Branding Driver Partner who cooperates with Maxim for Branding Advertisement Sticker or Board on their vehicle. This is an official offer, and contains all the terms and conditions of the bonus program.
2. Terms used in the Rules:
2.1. “Branding Driver Partner”. Refers to a Driver partner who registered in Maxim system and signed the Space Rental for Advertisement Agreement.
2.2. “Bonus Incentive”. Refers to additional payment added on the basic payment stated in Space Rental For Advertisement Agreement base on the order numbers required by the Maxim.

4. Terms and Conditions for Eligibility: To qualify for this bonus incentive, please note the following conditions shall be applied:
• Driver Partner shall be the one who cooperates with Company for advertisement Branding.
• Only real, non-fraudulent orders will be counted toward the promotion.
5. The Promotion period shall commence on 17 March 2025 and be valid for 02 (two) months till 17 May 2025.
6. The promotion period, terms and conditions may change from time to time, and any updates will be reflected in the TaxseeDriver application (Driver App) or communicated through personal push notifications to Driver Partner device (push, e-mail, message, etc.).
7. Terms and conditions of the present Driver Partner bonus program are considered accepted if the Branding Driver Partner proceeded to taking part in such Driver Partner bonus program.
