12.4 If a contribution shortfall or contribution selection notification is required, the Platform Provider shall notify the Gig Worker through the Digital Intermediary System within the applicable prescribed period. The Gig Worker shall respond or make payment where required by law.
12.5 The Gig Worker acknowledges that social security protection under Part VIII is a statutory protection for gig workers and does not convert this Agreement into an employment agreement.

13.1 The Platform Provider and the Gig Worker shall comply with the occupational safety and health duties applicable under Part IX of Act 872 and Applicable Law.
