Privacy Policy for Maxim Ride and Delivery Services


​This policy governs the collection and processing of private and other confidential data of natural persons via automation through the internet. This collection and processing are done Maxim Ride and Delivery (hereinafter the “service”).


General Provisions
1.For the purpose of this agreement, the following terms shall mean:
1.1. Private data: Any information directly or indirectly related to a certain person (private data subject). 
1.2. Service: A person who independently organizes or executes the processing of private data. 
1.3. Website: The service’s online platform accessible through the internet at  https://taximaxim.com, https://id.taximaxim.com, https://client-br.taximaxim.com, https://client.taximaxim.com.
1.4. Maxim and Taxsee : A mobile application integrated with the service's software-hardware complex.
1.5. Services: Information provided to the applicant for accepting, processing, and transmitting ride requests.
1.6. Applicant: A natural person who requests services via the website, mobile, or calling the service’s number. 
1.7. Colleague: An independent service provider offering transportation services. 
1.8. Request: A request by the applicant for obtaining services from colleagues. 
1.9. Processing of private data: Any activity done on private data, including collection, recording, systematizing, storing, and more. 
1.10. Automatic processing of private data: Processing private data by computer devices. 
1.11. Providing private data: Activities to obtain the private data of one person or a group. 
1.12. Blocking private data: Temporary halt in processing private data.
1.13. Eliminating private data: Activities resulting in making existing private data unrecoverable.
1.14. Private data information system: The totality of private data in the database and related technologies. 
1.15. Cookies: Data sent by the website and stored on the user's device. 
1.16. Device ID: Unique information identifying the applicant's device.

2. By sending a request via the website, mobile application, or calling the service’s number, the applicant agrees to this policy, including the processing of private data by the service as required by applicable laws.

Private Data
3. In the processing of private data, the applicant is entitled to: 
3.1. Receive information about the processing of private data. 
3.2. Require the service to complete, block, or eliminate incomplete, imprecise, or unlawfully obtained data.
3.3. Sue the service for any breach of privacy or personal data.

4. In the processing of private data, the service undertakes to: 
4.1. Provide information about the processing of private data upon request. 
4.2. Implement measures to prevent unauthorized access to private data. 
4.3. Publish or provide access to a document reflecting the policy of processing private data.

5.The goal of the agreement between the applicant and the service is to collect and process the applicant’s private data.
6.The applicant’s private data is stored electronically and processed by automated systems.
7.The service collects and processes private data including first name, last name, father’s name, date of birth, registered phone number, residence address, and email address.
8.The applicant may provide, edit, or delete certain information at his discretion.
9.The service will eliminate the applicant’s private data after three years from the completion of providing services or upon the applicant’s retraction of consent.
10.The elimination of private data will be done irreversibly.
11.Access to private data is limited to those directly involved in providing services, and the service may only disclose data as required by applicable laws.
12.The service employs measures to prevent unauthorized access to private data.
13.The applicant may request completion, blocking, or elimination of data, or retract consent by submitting a written request to the service.
Geographical Location Information
14.The service obtains the geographical location of the applicant via the mobile application.
15.The service may share the applicant’s geographical location information with colleagues to execute the request.
Payment Information
16.The applicant can link a bank card to pay without cash, ensuring security by adhering to international payment regulations.

Cookies
17. The service may use necessary, exploitation, operational, and advertising cookies.
18. Blocking or deleting cookies can be done through the applicant’s browser’s settings.
Information about Applicant’s Device
19. Information collected about the applicant’s device does not include private data.

Data about Telecommunication Operator
20. The service obtains data about the telecommunication operator without including private data.

Request Records
21. The service saves route records for quality improvement.
22. The goal is to improve service quality through auto-filling parameters based on previous information.
23. This privacy policy can be changed without notice, and users are encouraged to check periodically for updates.
By accessing and using our services, the applicant agrees to any changes in this privacy policy.
